Silver&Fit program is offered by a variety of Medicare plans. If you are looking for a new health plan, or aren’t sure whether your current plan offers the Silver&Fit program, you can find a participating health plan at this link.

Active & Fit
The Active&Fit Direct program is available through your employer, health plan, or other participating organization.
How do I find out if I can sign up using Active & Fit?
Log in to your organization’s website to access a direct link to the Active & Fit website. Follow the steps below:
- Go to your organization’s website.
- Log in and locate the Active&Fit Direct section on the website.
- Click the link to the Active&Fit Direct website, then find Anderson Island Community Fitness Center and enroll.

If you have SilverSneakers included in
your Medicare Advantage Plan, you get all location access, SilverSneakers classes, on-demand videos, and membership perks at no additional cost.
One Pass
- Free membership: If you have a Kaiser Permanente Medicare health plan (Senior Advantage), the One Pass program includes a no-cost gym membership.
- How to use: Register at Your One Pass to get a member code, then register on our gym website as a One Pass Member. Check Eligibility
Renew Active
Available exclusively with select UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage and AARP Medicare Supplement plans.
- Check eligibility: Confirm your UnitedHealthcare plan includes the Renew Active benefit.
- Get a confirmation code: Sign in to your UHC Member Account or the mobile app, go to your benefits, and find your unique confirmation code on the fitness page.
- Visit a gym: Select Renew Active for your membership on our online sign-up portal.
